A Weisswurst, literally white sausage, is a famous traditional Bavarian sausage made from minced veal and pork back bacon,
served with sweet mustard and soft preztel. Did you ever wonder of how to make them?
The Regensburger Ratskeller offers a 1 h Weisswurst school where you will be making a Weisswurst from basic ingredients
while enjoying your first drinks. The school is followed by a 1 h dinner where your sausages will be served together with
sweet mustard, soft pretzels, and beer.
Participation in the Weisswurst school is 60 € per participant. The two hours include the course, the dinner, and up
to three alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, preferrably, of course, beer or wheat beer.
