'Camera Ready' Paper Submission

6-page summary submission deadline: May 3, 2026

Note that you will be able to cancel and re-submit your camera-ready file until May 3. Note also that only the Camera-Ready Submission file will be used for the proceedings.

If needed, please take a minute to include all co-authors with their affiliations and email addresses in the CMT application. These will be used for the final program.

The maximum length is 6 pages. You might use the extra space to address some of the reviewers' comments, and to increase readability of plots and images, particularly when these were very small.

Also, please make sure that your PDF file

  • includes an abstract

  • uses letter size format (not A4)

  • has 1 inch of blank space at the top and bottom and at least 0.75-inch margins on both left and right

  • has no page numbers

  • Following the latex/word templates on the conference website, CT Meeting 2026, should facilitate this.

Instructions and templates can be downloaded or found under the following links:

    Instructions PDF
    Word template
    LaTeX transactions style file
    Bibliography file
Please avoid page numbers showing up in your manuscript.
