General Terms and Conditions

• The conference fee includes admission to the scientific oral and poster sessions.
• Food during the day is provided, including two coffee breaks, drinks and a lunch. The reception on Monday and dinners on Tuesday and Thursday are included as well.
• If you wish printed proceedings of the conference, you can book this option via the registration sheet.
• Visitor fee includes access to the reception and the two dinners.
• There are no vegan options for the Saturday excursion, only vegetarian and meat options.
• Accomodation needs to be booked on your own, but we reserved some rooms in the Welcome Kongresshotel Bamberg and Welcome Hotel Residenzschloss Bamberg. Please use promocode "CTM2024" for hotel reservation.
• The conference fee has to be payed by credit card upon registration. You will receive an invoice on your registration fees and payment via e-mail.
• Cancellation policy: Until May 31: 50% refund of the registration fees. Thereafter, fees are non-refundable.
