A Weisswurst, literally white sausage, is a famous traditional Bavarian sausage made from minced veal and pork back bacon,
served with sweet mustard and soft preztels. Ever wondered how they are made?
The "Regensburger Wurstschule" offers a 1 h Weisswurst school where you will be making a Weisswurst from basic ingredients
while enjoying your first drinks. The school is followed by a 1 h dinner where your sausages will be served together with
sweet mustard, soft pretzels, and beer.
Participation in the Weisswurst school is 60 € per participant. The two hours include the course, the dinner, and up
to three alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, preferable, of course, beer or wheat beer.
Each session is limited to 15 participants. The sessions take place at "Wurst & Bier", Hackengäßchen 2, close to the old town of Regensburg.
